EMPE/KONGCO PEH CUN
Photo Collections by Nathania

Its estimated that in 1850 the great-grandmother of Mr. Rudi A.Kuhu took a piece of wood that passed by on the Cisadane river, during which time people were still cooking using firewood.
After a few days later, as the pieces was dried, Rudi A. Kuhu's great-grandmother dreamed that the pieces of wood was requested to be 'treated' , so a hut (a house of bamboo poles using a tassel roof) was used to store the piece of wood.
In 1911, the Green Papak Boat which was broken in the middle of The Peh Cun race was also placed in that sacred place which is now known as Empe Peh Cun.
